SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire has developed a territorial energy forward planning application named "Prosper", which the local authorities can use for their energy and climate-related initiatives.

Prosper cross-references energy and territorial data to measure the benefits of local energy projects. It also facilitates local authorities' planning of energy transition actions.
