SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire provides a tendering service and negotiates the best rates with the operators on the market. It provides independent, neutral expertise and support. All types of contracts are concerned.
SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire is a public service that acts in the interests of professional energy consumers: municipalities, groupings of municipalities, social housing providers, schools, medical facilities and institutions, local authorities, State bodies.
For electricity, each member of the buying group continues to manage its own sites and SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire takes care of the performance of contracts. For natural and propane gas, each member manages and performs their own contracts.
